RESIDENT SERVICES
PROGRAMS & PARTNERSHIPS

Many of our apartment communities include the opportunity to grow fresh fruit and vegetables. Here, residents at Glen Grove in Glendale have just harvested radishes from their garden.

Through a partnership with Groceryships, residents can participate in a 16-week program that includes nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, and food scholarships.

RAMPART MINT IS UNDER WAY

Rampart Mint will be a 23 unit apartment community in the City of Los Angeles. All of the units are designated as permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis who earn less than 30% of the area median income. Eleven of the units will be reserved for chronically homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS. Rampart Mint is slated to open in the fall of 2019 and will include an approximately 1,000 sq. ft. community room with a kitchenette and computer area as well as a manager’s and social services office.
